Mrs. Dillon's class, along with all 3rd graders this week, have shown progress in learning their multiplication and related division facts, by creating Terrific Turkeys! Our class practiced creating the multiples of 8, shown on the index cards, and then chose facts to write on the feathers. Our hallway is full of turkeys who have multiplied this week! There are so many! Our Turkeys ask everyone to please, please--Eat More Pizza this November!

Mrs. Loy visited Mrs. Foster's class to share two wonderful fall-themed books with them! She read The Leaf Thief and We're Going on a Leaf Hunt, bringing the stories to life and sparking excitement about the changing seasons. The students loved following the characters' adventures and learning more about the beauty of autumn leaves.

Mrs. Williby got to have a special movie lunch bunch today with some super hard workers. What a way to celebrate a Friday!

Our kindergartners thoroughly enjoyed a visit from so many community helpers today. They met police officers, deputies, firefighters, EMTs and even a veterinarian. Thank you to all of these fantastic community helpers for coming to educate our stallions!

Thank you to all of our stallions and stallion families for supporting the "Bears for Ben" fundraiser. We raised $2,000 for Ben and his family and it wouldn't have been possible without your kindness. Ben was recently discharged from the hospital and stopped by to see us. He even made a cameo on the news. Click the link to enjoy today's broadcast from Stallion Station WYES.
